✷ Shipping information ✷ 

All orders are dispatched by me within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order. I aim to send everything out as quickly as possible but this can occasionally take longer during busy periods, please know your patience is appreciated!

 

If your item is made or printed to order, lead times will vary so please read individual product listings for more information.

 

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. If you selected a tracked option, this will contain your tracking details which will update throughout the delivery process.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Costs are calculated by weight in order to be as accurate as possible. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

International Shipping 

 

All International orders between will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked and you will receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

International delivery aims:

Europe - 5 working days

Rest of world - 7 working days 

 

Please be aware these aims are not always accurate and your items can be subject to delays during transit or at customs. 

Customs

International customers are responsible for any import duties and/or customs fees that may be imposed on their order on arrival at the destination country. Unfortunately I am unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the customs agencies of the country being shipped to.

Please note that Royal Mail will not class an order as lost until at least 10 working days have passed since the expected delivery date if you are in the UK, 25 days if you are in Europe and 35 days everywhere else. Please allow that time to pass before reaching out. It’s very rare that an order is lost, but in the unlikely event that this may have happened please send me an email with your order number and I’ll investigate it for you.

Returns & Refunds

My products are made in limited quantities and are usually hand made or hand finished. I do my best to accurately describe each item and mention any possible flaws in the description of each product so please read all listing information. 

 

Due to the handmade nature of these items, all sales are final. I can only accept returns for refund or exchange (dependent on stock available) on the occasion that an item arrives damaged or faulty.

 

In the event that you have received a damaged or flawed item, please contact me as soon as possible here to arrange a replacement or refund.
